Pre Decorated World

To get rid of spawns, find the creatures.dfn file and leave it blank.
In fact, on the shard we play on we have the "community spawn" disabled (except for some places like the orc fort) to allow for more creature flexibility as a GM. Specifically, NONE of my dungeons have spawns.
When I upload a new version of my world-file I generally re-enable the "community spawn" as newbies and those running larger shards prefer the random encounters to manual GM-control.
I understand you on the decorating thing! I'm glad Xuri and others had a pretty good baseline for me to build on, or I think I would have given up on UO!
