Server Hosting

Post by LeoX9 »

I'm trying to find a reliable way to host my server... My personal ISP is terribly unreliable and I can't find a way to Port Forward so that people away from my LAN Network can log online....

Does anyone have advice or recommendations regarding this? I am pretty noob-ish when it comes to hosting.

Outside of the port forwarding thing (do you know what router you have, btw?), maybe gang up with someone else to develop the shard, and hope that they're willing to host? There aren't really all that many free options, unfortunately.

My router is a Cisco 350 Series.... Also, it doesn't necessarily need to be a free option, cheap would be great.... but I'm willing to pay... I just need to find a good and reliable way to make it so my friends can connect asap before they lose interest lol.
