They released this client with artwork update.
It was 200+ mgs
I have tested it with current uox3 that is v0.99.1 and they client runs pretty smooth i havent seen any problems yet with it.
So GO UOX3

Nopt that i can tell but i don't have any programs to run the new art files. so not sure wasup with that hehe
