website registration
can anyone make a website registration page so that its easier to add acounts and not have to do it manually?

Well, you could enable automatic creation of accounts. By doing that, a new account will be created whenever someone tries to login with an account-name that doesn't already exist.
To enable automatic account-creation, open UOX.INI and set INTERNALACCOUNTCREATION to 1 instead of 0. Then reload the INI file through the UOX3 console (if UOX3 is already running) - or restart UOX3.
Note that new account names and passwords must have a minimum length of 4 letters/digits each.
