Just got started. Today!
Need some elp populateing my world is there a default worlf with npc's and mobs and spawns for the whole map i can download.

Yes there is. You can download a default decorated world from the Downloads page - just unzip it into your UOX3\SHARED\ folder.
You can also download a premade spawn-file from this location, which will provide you with NPC spawns if you put the spawn.dfn contained inside the archive in the UOX3\DFNDATA\SPAWN\ folder.
