Issues when i converted to 3.1

Issues when i converted to 3.1

I switched to 3.1 today. Now when I run UOX3 it loads 96%of the world. then lists it as done, then when attempting to clear trades. it stalls and closes itself. I replaced every file except the accounts folder

Any thoughts?
