I wondered whether there was a "3rd party tools" for UOX3?

Well there's my "WorldBuilder" program (GM tool, mainly intended for worldbuilders but should work anyway) - at http://homefree.sensewave.com/~s107293/wb/
Though the version that's up there is probably quite a bit outdated, so after installing it, get the following exe-file and run this instead of the default worldbuilder.exe:

That should be a bit more up to date (though might still be some stuff there I haven't updated for the most recent UOX3 versions).
