HEllo everyone i need some help really bad i just started tring to make a shard . When i log into my shard there is nothing no npcs or anything and all i am tring to do is play offline with some friends . also none of the new options of you like paladin or necro is there please help if you can

Well, by default UOX3 doesn't come with any prebuilt world right now - so once you logon to the shard you'll be the only character there and the only items you'll see will be empty towns, forests and other decorative items.

You'll have to fill the world with content yourself; If you execute the .ADD command with no further parameters behind it, a menu will pop up, where you can choose items/NPCs to add to your world.

You can place individual NPCs from the "NPC" menu, or if you go through the "GM Menu" and "Spawners", you can add spawners to your world wich will supply you with a steady stream of NPCs ;P

Note that they'll be added to your backpack first, you'll have to drag & drop them to the ground in the location where you want to spawn the NPCs.
