no js File mappings found

I am getting the following erros.
Server Ubuntu Server 7.10
I looked in the jse_fileassociations.scp and made some changes.. namely replacing the server directory with the full path instead of just server.. figuring this would solve the problem.. but no luck. Any Idea's?
