I was wondering if they work, so far I haven't figured out the stabling commands.
I have a pretty much working stabling script written up, but haven't had time to polish it and putting it up on the CVS. I'll take a look again when I get home from work.
There's a version of it posted in this thread if you want to give it a try (still has a few things that needs to be done before it's ready for UOX3 inclusion, though).
