"Ultima Online Mondain's Legacy" can anyone convert it?

hello
Do any of guys know how to turn a "Ultima Online Mondain's Legacy" 3d model file(.grn format) into something useable in 3dsmax or milkshape or maya?
I just wondered if someone here had some ideas.
