Need Help Setting Server Up

I recently decided to try and start my own server. I have tried following all the steps listed in UOX 3. I have gone as far as 1.7 part 5 On the Server Setup where it requires me to somehow remove the encryption to the client. I have tried all the programs listed there but the site or the program itself seems to be down for an undetermined amount of time.
Does anyone know where i could download a copy of an unencrypted client. Or maybe another server setup guide. Or how to manually do it?
