Is there a way to make the NPCs spout out random text? For example have the shopkeepers welcome the PCs into thier stores, or have the peasants talk about the weather.

I apologize if this function is somehow already enabled and I just havent stumbled across it yet, I'm still new to having my own personal UO shard. :D (and I'm loving every second of it)
