I've searched everywhere on the site and I can't find an answer. What version of UO does this require? I'v tried using serveral but get stuck at "connecting" screen after running uox (no errors) and trying to log into the admin account.

Client-versions between 4.0.0 and 6.0.14 should work with UOX3.
Here's a link to an older version of the installer than what you can get on the official EA sites, if you need it:

Remember to remove the encryption before trying to login, for instance through Razor.
