Skill Gain problem.

Skill Gain problem.

Okay, so I have my server totally setup and everything seems to be working just fine except for the slight problem that me or anyone else in my shard cannot gain skill...Hmm...conflict. And just to let you know I'm not using the GM account at all so that has nothing to do with it. I cannot find anyone that can provide me with a good answer I'd really appreciate it. Go ahead and post back here or email/I'm me.

Hm that sounds weird. Have you tested different skills? Is it an issue for one/some/all skills? What about stats? Gaining any?

I have tested most typical easy skill gain skills. I had read some other forums about this guy that could only get his skill to gain on a training dummy, which is fact is my problem. The only skill that works is fencing on a training dummy and I did gain stats on that. Other than that though, I cannot find a skill that will gain.
