MSVCP.dll missing

Having difficulty getting it to start up, I keep getting the message that MSvcp.dll is missing. I have re downloaded ultima and UOX3 following the instructions, however I feel that I must be missing something fairly simple and any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the slow response! Is it a specific version of MSVCP.DLL (like MSVCP100.DLL) that's missing? Also, may I ask what operating system you're running?
You might have to install the 2017 version of
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (link to official MS page). Get vc_redist.86.exe if you're running 32-bit Windows, and vc_redist.x64.exe if you're running 64-bit Windows.
