stuck

I am having same problem I downloaded latest versions of UOX3 and UOGATEWAY(1.8) and it is stuck after I Select my shard at "Connecting"

Which UO client version are you using - and when you say "latest version of UOX3"; which version number shows at the top of the server console window when you run UOX3?
