Bandages don't work right

I can get the aids to work with my gm character but when I use them with a regular char on reg account they give me a message saying>You are not skilled enough to heal that person. Even with 100.0 skill I know that it has been put into Js cripting but Iam not real great at changing that stuff. When I do I always have problems. Thanks again
