You can add a second entry to your [play server list] in UOX.INI, so it looks something like this:

[play server list]
SERVERLIST=Local, 127.0.0.1,2593
SERVERLIST=LAN, 192.168.1.2, 2593
(example ip)
}

Replace the example ip with your server's LAN IP, and tell your brother to connect to that IP adress using UOGateway, then select "LAN" when selecting a shard to connect to in the UO client login screen.

I put this:

[play server list]
{
SERVERLIST=Esmeralda Uo,127.0.0.1,2593
SERVERLIST=LAN,192.168.1.4,2593
}

my brother when he try's to connect to the server "LAN" it apears "couldn't connect to Ultima Online. Please Try again in a few minutes", so i don't know what to do.

Thanks!!!!

So he gets past the account verification, and gets to actually click on "LAN" in the shardlist?

What is the IP of the computer running UOX3? And - are your computers connected directly through the router, or do you have an external switch which both computers are connected to?

Then you might have to setup the router to forward connections to port 2593 to 192.168.1.4.

For more info on how to do that, check this thread.
