Worldbuilder .23 item spawning

I think the item spawning has to be overhauled.... since I don't think any of the buttons work (not even set visible).

You're correct. Somehow I've forgotten to update that part of it to support 0.9x versions of UOX3. Will be fixed in the actual 0.23 release. ;P

Xuri, you never cease to be like santa clause, giving me presents...only they are online and in the form of making spawning easier.
