QT 4.0 on Windows to become dual license

For everything not directly related to UOX3; Such as official UO, other emus, and everyday chatter about stuff. And whatnot.

QT 4.0 on Windows to become dual license

It seems that QT 4.0, expected in Q2 this year, will be GPL for open source and commercial license for commercial apps.

I know some developers who work with that sort of thing, they probably already know, but thought if not, they might be interested.
