Changing Topic Types?

Xuri, this is a forum question.

I noticed in the Tools forum that the AccountManager thread is an Announcement. Is there any way to change this to a sticky? It doesn't give me that option when I edit... maybe I don't have mod access on that forum?

Yup. Just made you moderator of all forums except punt's ramblings. You can now change topic types as you want
