STEP 1: Open UO Fiddle.

STEP 2: Go to the SOUNDS TAB

This is all the sounds and ids of them.

STEP 3: Show Free slots
Right Click on any ID Sound and Click Show Free Slots

STEP 4: Find Empty Slot
then over in the bottom right hand corner is a box says Insert / Replace.

STEP 5: Click the box By WAV

STEP 6: Click WAV file
Click on the wave file you want to add.
Then Click Add /Replace under the line has your file.

STEP 7: SAVE
Click the SAVE button at the top right hand corner.
this will save the sound.mul

STEP 8: CONVERT to UOP
Now convert your sound MUL to a UOP.

Make sure you name the wav file or it will be just id and what ever you have it named.
