Before I get too far, I want to state that there is no one best solution. Engineering, as is life, is a series of trade-offs. The criteria and weight of those criteria can vary from person to person, and can depend heavily on the detailed objectives of the project. The code I discuss or include, is for thought and illustrative purposes of how I went about it. There is no question there are superior ways to do the same thing, and please do not take any post as a gospel way.

I only want to offer insight into the thought process, so one can consider, adopt, disregard, or modify it for oneself.That is the beauty of this project, for one to take, modify, and discover/learn for oneself!
