Am I Missing something?

I'm having some issues regarding functions that simply don't work the way they are described in the guide. I posted about onCreate but I also have tried onSpeech and it doesn't work apparently. Are there perhaps other scripts I need to install in order to make these work? I tried to implement the Bounty Hunter/Kill Tasks by giwo and I can't even get the NPC to respond. I have the file associations set up, and the NPC has the correct script id, but its just not triggering. onCreate won't trigger for a DFN item that is created either, while other events, such as onPickup and onCollide work just fine.

So, Am I missing something?
