Clicking on Worldmap

Clicking on a worldmap brings up a picture of Britannia with "plot course" as a button on the gump.

Clicking on "plot course" yeids the console command "Plot course button on map clicked, ignored"

I'd like to code that button (differently than a plot course), but I cannot find the .js script that contains the code. Is this hardcoded?
