Spent some time to make a spawnarea, just for the fun for the moment to learn.
I started to get the area where i wanted animals to spawn, and and made my spawnlist, and so on, all works fine.

Then i came up with the briliand ide to make it a little more tricky for me, i want to make a Paragon, so i pick an animal, make a new namelist, where the names ends with Paragon, then i sort of dye there skin yellow, ofcource i doped there stats A LOT, even the town guards have to fight hard to nail em.

So far all is great, and works just as i want, but one thing is missing, the speed of a paragon trying to bite your rear front of while you do your best to run away.

So Finaly to my question, how can i speed up a creature?

Easy! Add the following lines to the script-definition of your custom Paragon monster and tweak the values as appropriate (lower values = faster NPCs):

WALKINGSPEED=0.7
RUNNINGSPEED=0.2
FLEEINGSPEED=0.4

The above values are the default ones from the global movement-speed settings (listed below) for NPCs in UOX.INI. You can change those as well, but note that changing the values in there will affect all NPCs, not just your Paragon ones - and the faster you make the NPCs the more taxing it is for the server.

Default uox.ini speed-settings:
NPCMOVEMENTSPEED=0.7
NPCRUNNINGSPEED=0.2
NPCFLEEINGSPEED=0.4
