Rare loot

Is it possable to make loot more rare?
To manage with the loot list is ok, but if i want some things to drop much less.
Lets say there is a uniqu item that you want to drop, lets say 1 of 200, meaning making it a 0,5% chance to drop, what is need to do in the script to make this happen?
