making powerscrolls

Trying to figure out how to make PS, i have looked into different scrips, but so far no ide how to make it, anyone have an ide?

I'm not sure if powerscrolls are currently possible in UOX3, as I believe skill and stat-caps are global (set in UOX.INI) and not saved on a per-character basis.

Hmm, well i thought since a GM can alter and change basicly any stats and skills, i thought it might be possable to allsow make a scroll that does the same.

GMs can do it by setting the skill directly, yes. However, powerscrolls only increase the skill (or stat) cap, and doesn't modify your current skill-level at all - or have I got that the wrong way around?

Well your the master, I'm sure you know the way, I'm just the follower.
It is often told that you can't change the rules, however you can many times bend them abit.
