exceeding skillcaps

Made some scripts for various items, they seem to work individually, not together, they don't add up together, like 5+5+5+..., just adds 5.
However i made a topic about that issue already so i leave that for that.

What i have in mind now, is that a certain skill is caped at 100, when adding an item with+5 to that skill it gets to 105, shouldn't there be a check line in npc js or somewhere? when an item is added, it makes a check for skillcap.
