Where can I get a good list of Hex-Id's for items or at least a good hex edit to pull up the id's. Some of the ID's I do have from documentation in the server dfn data. There are some other Hex-ids I want just don't want to have to list all of them.. unless i have to

Okay. I can't use certain things in the 2d client?
(Players would disapear when i changed thier ID to Centaur or Orc Lord) So I switched to the 3d client and things are worse. The map blacks out completely. What am I doing wrong this time?

What method did you use to change the ID to a centaur or Orc Lord? Can you give an exact example of the command you used (including hex-id)?

As for the 3D client's map being blacked out - that sounds peculiar. I can't really think of anything that could be the cause of that. Which UO client are you using? UO:SE, or AOS?

myChar.id = 0xXXXX. I'm using Gold because I have no working CD-rom and it was free to download.

Hm. What if you do 'POLY 0xXXXX ingame to change yourself into those ids? Do they work then? If not, then it might be a client issue; Too old client version to show those graphics or some such. Not really sure :/

I can polymorph into Ogres, Orcs, most things listed on Xuri's guide. (Children don't work, it makes me the pants). So basically I just can't use InsideUO to find hex-ids.

But InsideUO should be reliable in this because it's loading it's files from my UOGold folder.
