I have his NPCWANDER set to 0 so he don't walk.
but on my base human i have npcwander=3 so other npcs do walk.
well when i place my towncrierer he keeps taken npcwander=3
But i want his wander tag to override the basehmans wander tag. but this does not happen. instead basehuman overrides my towncriers npcwander tag
so i was figuring this was a bug.
