So I have the fisherman.js script assigned to this guy and we are just standing here forever, so I am using time command to check time..

Obviously it's half past a quarter til ten minutes after the hour.

Thanks for the bug report, I'll look into this when time allows!

The fix for this is to change line 39 of UOX3/js/commands/time.js from this:

else if( hour == 24 )

to this:

else if( hour == 24 || hour == 0 )

I'll include the fix in my next commit
