[FIXED] Message board maintenance removes valid messages

Message board maintenance removes valid messages

It seems that there is a problem with the message boards maintenance routine, it removes/corrupts valid posts. After the maintenance routine run on a worldsave the message board shows no more posts, but they are (at least partially) still in the .bbf file. This even caused the server to go to a permanent 100% CPU usage once, making it unusable.
