[INVALID] 'Makegm command no longe removes clothing from targeted play

This exists in the current version of UOX3 (98-4.0).

When executing 'Makegm and targeting a player to make into a GM, no longer removes their equiped clothing as it used.

Correct actions should be that it basically strips the character naked and affixes the body type of the GM w/red robe for a GM.
