I've been repairing and NPCs definitely do not spend mana to cast a spell. And do not even need to have mana to cast spells, will then cast spells infinitely, with or without mana.

npcs don't need regs either.

I'm not sure if it's true that NPCs don't use mana. Spawn a lichlord, then do 'CSTATS on him to display his mana-stat at different times after he's been casting spells at you, and you'll see the mana-stat go down.

Note that if you tested this with regular liches, there is a bug in their setup where it says MEDITATION=851 9500 ... or... randomize between 85.1 and 950.0 meditation skill That high meditation-skill completely breaks the mana-regen, and as such they would regain instantly whatever mana they used I've fixed that one for the next version heh.

Sorry, was mistake my . They are using mana yes! But I watched it for the command. "Tweak". In it, the life and stamina always updated, but the mana no update, then I thought it did not consume mana, but with the command ". Cstas" I saw that they use mana yes. Ok then!
