Entries in the crafting menus are repeated numerous times, as shown in the following three screenshots:

Have you checked your /create/ dir to make sure there are no oddities (IE duplicate files/entries). I just tested the system a couple days ago with no problems....

Yep. I'm using the CVS versions of those files.

My guess, then, is you reloaded something (probably DFN's or ALL) before getting the duplicated crafting menus.

Correct guess - it happens after the DFNs have been reloaded
