No matter if I say 'nodecay , or change decay to 0 in 'tweak menu... anything added with the 'add menu will decay. Annoying?...yes. I'll go grab Xuri's "things added with 'add don't decay" thing from the WB message boards, but somone might want to see if it's just me or everyone. (it did take quite some time to disappear)

Found and fixed, Gates were a special case and they would ALWAYS decay, in the next build they will only decay if decayable=true.
