[IMPLEMENTED] Character Exporter: Poll

In my character export request thread, we discussed the possibility of a character exporter.

The advantage of this, is that if you use someone's worldfile, you won't lose your PCs.

Such a tool would be great, but as discussed, would take time away from other UOx3 projects, and we'd have to find a person willing to tackle the project.

On my shard, it's not big deal if I lose my PCs, using a GM, within 30 minutes I can have them all back to where they were, so I will be voting "neutral".

I can definitely see where this could be useful to some people, so I vote "High Priority" It's better to have these kinds of tools available BEFORE the demand for them becomes big
