Add underscores behind the setting-prefixes in uox.ini (or remove them)

For some reason some of (but not all) the settings in UOX.INI have "prefixes" infront of them, like:
TRACKINGBASERANGE
RESOURCEOREPERAREA
COMBATDISPLAYHITMSG.
Either remove the prefixes (useless, since they're alread listed under specific section headers like [resources] and [combat]) or add underscores after them if they need to stay, like this:
TRACKING_BASERANGE
RESOURCE_OREPERAREA
COMBAT_DISPLAYHITMSG
Makes it much easier to read and understand those settings.
