I would like to see new spawn tags added for spawners.

currently we can tell the spawn to spawn with min and max time.
But a feature like this would go along ways.

SPAWNTIME=HOUR,MIN,AM or PM This is the time it would spawn in uo time
LIGHTSPAWN=DAY or Night = 1-10 day 11-20 night This be the day or night it would spawn if set
DESPAWNTIME=HOUR,MIN,AM or PM this would be the time the spawner would despawn and leave no npc.

Good idea, something like this would definitely enhance the spawning system. A simple example would be graveyards that spawn undead monsters at night, but are safe and peaceful in daytime!
