Would like maybe see extension of a dfn tag.

NAME=my cool cap 0x53 << the color
or
NAMECOLOUR=0X53 << This would set the color of the name of the item/npc

and a js version of it.

Found out yesterday you can just put the font info into the name of the item to get colored item names in tool tips.
<BASEFONT COLOR=#00CFFF>My blue magic Item</BASEFONT>
Although that makes it a little more tedious for items you need to concatenate the name because you'll have to strip the font info before doing so but just searching the string for > and THEN < and keeping what's between them should work for that.
