A way of making items equipped on NPCs newbiefied

A way of making items equipped on NPCs newbiefied

I would like to see a way of "newbiefying" items equipped on NPCs through the DFNs, without having to create new specific sets of items with the NEWBIE tag defined.

Something like
EQUIPITEM=0x13b5,newbie

or even
EQUIPITEM=0x13b5
NEWBIE

We already do it like the latter example when it comes to item-colour, so might be possible to allow a NEWBIE tag in the same manner?
