regions map tag
MAP=# tag doesn't seem to be working. I'm using the version I posted in the dfn forums.

The correct tag to use in this case was apparently WORLD=#, not MAP=#. It still didn't work though. That has now been fixed, on both CVS and in UOX3 0.99.
