Current Featureset:
Loads a current Accounts.adm file, listing account entries and characters attached to each account.
Allows easy addition, removal, and modifications of all data contained in Accounts.adm, including account flags.
Saves Accounts.adm in a format readable by UOX3.
Hmm .NET? .. i haevnt .net on this pc but win version is Czech Republic buzt yes i extract this files on separate folder.. Btw witch version .NET i must used?
EDIT: I install .NET 2.0 and problem is end nice and thanx
I think this program was based on C# and probably under .Net 1.x.
Try downloading .Net 1.x latest redistributable and see if that takes care of it.
What may be the problem is in the source code the language may be set to english/US as opposed to system default, which in turn could cause that problem!
