Sub spawner + key

He guis any sub spawner for spawn specific monster on specific place?.. For test.. if i want create any monster with key from door i must create special spawner with this parameters. Probably compatibili with World Builder 1.21 ? and ingame special command for create this spawn :) this is my little idea for this special spawn system upgrade plugin.
