WEll, sorry for my worse English Folks.
I downloaded the All in One pakage, dezipped it.
I tried to run it, but datafiles is missing, i don´t
even know where to get them.
sorry for this little stupid question pals,
can somebody help?

The datafiles UOX3 is looking for are basically various files from your installation-folder of Ultima Online, which UOX3 needs to be able to read to startup.
Easiest is to point the DATADIRECTORY filepath in uox.ini to your Ultima Online installation, though you could also copy the necessary files to a stand-alone folder and point UOX3 to that one.

But the server did start up....well
by the way to connect on the server
i tried to connect over Razor, but if i try, he start update the client
over version 7.0 or else.
