Invisible Spawners

Not sure about your invisible spawners.
Deleting everything is easy. Clear out all files from the UOX3/SHARED/ folder while UOX3 isn't running. Note that this will delete all characters (both player and NPC) as well as all items (decorations, items in backpacks/banks, spawner-runes, etc.). If you're using any regional spawns (UOX3/DFNDATA/SPAWN/ folder) those will be re-spawned when restarting UOX3 afterwards.
You can also use the 'WIPE command ingame to clear a smaller area ('WIPE followed by targeting an area), wipe all items not in any character backpack/bank/marked as non-wipable ('WIPE ALL) or wipe a specific area using coordinates. Check the Commandlist for details.
