Thanx UO3X

I just wanted to say that I have been playing around with UO3X for about a week. With help from the guides i have been able to get it up and runing smoothly. I am still trying to figure out a few things here and there but overall I have been able to get the hang of this fairly easy. I just wanted to thank the UOX3 Team and Xuri for the great Guides and tool.

As far as my project i am calling it UOForce and trying to add a feel of a Star Wars theme shard. Its slow work due to the fact I am learning as I go. I have the Offline runing smoothly, but the online aspect is beond me for now lol. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but ill get it. If anyone out there with more experance would like to help out I would be gratefull. Just send me a message and we can get started.

Later on once i get things figured out more and get to the point where i am satasfied with the progress, and iron out the online aspects ill post a URL if allowed so that all who wish can come and look around, hang out, and trade info ect..

I've thought about UO on and off for the last 8-10 years after I became so busy with life that I didn't have time for it anymore. Fortunately for me I got fired a couple of weeks ago. I've been plenty busy doing all of the things that someone would want to do if they didn't have to go to work. Last night, on a friggin' whim, I decided to look up anything and everything on UO to see what was going on with it. I saw that they were offering a 14 day free trial which made me sad because, from what I remember, they used to offer 30 day free trials. Anywho, reading up on all of the old stuffs made me excited again as it has every once in a while over the years. Remembering that I heard about player run servers/shards a long time ago where you didn't have to pay a dime, I decided to look up any info that I could on the subject. I've been at it for less than a day and I'm so excited I could shit myself. LoL I would just like to thank anyone and EVERYONE who has been involved with this project from the time of the initial idea to right now with what I have running on several of my PCs today and in the future for coming up with it and putting in all of the hard work that's necessary when undertaking such a task. You've all done a great job!
