Items appearing in GM backpack with no way to remove them

Some items that I add using the 'add command appear in my GM's backpack. These items that I've added are, to date, a blue portal and a couple of tailor signs. Normally there wouldn't be a problem with this except for the fact that I get a response/error saying that I can't pick the object up from my backpack to place anywhere else on the screen. Using the command 'teletuff doesn't work either.

Can anyone help me out?

Try the 'ALLMOVE ON command, should let you pick up those items.
